LEGAL SERVICES

The Legal Department of FREELANDLOGISTICS will provide:

- oral/written advice on customs matters;

- pre-trial (out-of-court) appeal of decisions and actions (omissions) of customs authorities;

- appeal against decisions on the classification of goods in accordance with Customs Code of the EAEU adopted by the customs authorities;

- appeal against decisions on the adjustment of the declared customs value of goods taken by customs authorities;

- representation of the interests of legal entities in the initiation of cases of administrative offenses;

- representation of the interests of legal entities in the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses;

- appeal against decisions of customs authorities on bringing legal entities to administrative responsibility for committing administrative offenses in the field of customs;

- representation of the interests of legal entities in the courts of the first, appellate and cassation instance in disputes with customs authorities.
